Following the events of Death Toilet Number 2, Brett Baxter (Mike Hartsfield) travels the globe ridding the world of every demonic toilet he finds. Thinking his work is done Brett returns to his life of rubbing, wrenching, and racing any automobile he can get his hands on. His quiet existence is disrupted when a toilet from his past returns and is more diabolical than ever.
